Shipping
Q: When might I expect my artwork to arrive?
A: Typically, your Jon Allen artwork will ship within 5 days. Domestic purchases should arrive between 7 to 10 days. International shipments usually require at least 2 weeks depending on Customs and location. You will receive a tracking number in your email just before it ships. Please be sure to double check this is not sent to your spam mail folder.
Q: Do you combine shipments?
A: Most of the time, we can ship 2 pieces together if they are the same design, shape, and size (Except free standing sculptures which are simply to heavy). However, we prefer both for our customers and for us to ship each item separately in order to ensure you artwork arrives undamaged.
Installation
Q: Do these pieces hang separately or do they hang as one piece together?
A: All of the multi panel artwork is hung individually. Each panel is hung with a screw or nail. We provide simple instructions, hardware, and tools to hang your piece. Installation is fast and easy and only requires approximately 5 minutes.
Q: Can I hang this artwork outdoors?
A: Painted wall sculptures are suggested to mount indoors or under cover from the elements. All free stand sculptures are intended for indoor and outdoor use. The brushed aluminum will not rust or corrode. Extreme cold and mild salt air will not effect the sculpture. For full exterior applications please contact us.
Q: Can I hang these pieces vertically?
A: Yes, these sculptures can be hung in any direction you like.
Q: How do I mount or attached this art to the wall?
A: Jon Allen Metal Wall Sculptures are designed to appear floating off the wall. A single bracket mounted to the back of the artwork provides a simple installation of a single nail or screw.
Q: Are the edges of the artwork sharp?
A: No.
Q: What is the actual size of the art?
A: All of the artwork is measured to include any recommended gaps. The size stated in the listing is the "footprint" of the artwork. These are the dimensions you should allocate to place the artwork in. Please review the listing, the size should be located in the description. As for the Free Standing Sculptures, the height includes the base.
Q: What is the weight of this artwork?
A: Refer to the description of the piece for details in weight.
Lighting
Q: Does this piece have gold in it or is it from the lighting?
A: The silver pieces reflect the lighting and room environments. The subtle variations of golden champagne and ultra light blues are our photography lights reflecting on the pure silver piece, unless stated otherwise in the listing..
Q: What kind of lighting should I use on my artwork?
A: Like most artwork, overhead recessed or track-lighting is the very best, to display the metal art. "The greater the light source, the greater the movement and conversation becomes".

Q: How do I return an item?
A: Contact Statements2000 and we will set up the return for you.
Q: What is the return policy?
A: We accept returns for either an exchange or credit for another item up to 7 days after confirmed delivery. We will proceed with an exchange upon receiving the returned artwork undamaged. Shipping and handling is not refundable.
